This is a nice Quality Percussion rifle Circa 1855.The rifle has marking for the East India Company showing a rampant Lion.The rifle has a fine Thick Damascus barrel.The stock is in good overall condition as is the trigger,guard and barrel.This rifle was found in the loft of a house in Bow East London a while ago and has been hanging above a grand Victorian fireplace where it looked stunning!.The rifle is in good original condition.The rifle cocks and dry fires and has metal ram rod attached and is brass bound around the butt.
