The King Arms Thompson 1928 or Tommy gun is a really nice gun, most commonly known for it's use in gangster films and nicknamed the "Chicago Typewriter" Used through the early part of the 1900's the Thompson was the predecessor of the modern day machine gun, this 24K version follows similar lines to some of the custom Thompsons that were owned in that time period.
What is little know though is the 1928 Tommy gun was that it was used in WW2 and was standard issue at Pearl harbour, but the U.S military needed a simpler version so the Thompson M1A1 was born.
Nearly all metal construction with 24k Gold plate that is of the highest quality, this Thompson is also fitted out using a very nice dark wood that adds the the authentic feel of this airsoft gun, a real must for any collector.
Laser engraved markings, rear adjustable sight and ability to store a large battery in the stock are just some of the great features.
The gearbox is of V6 design, and is one of the best gearbox configurations out there due to its reliability and design
The magazine moves away from the normal magazine winder and uses the from wind key, this is especially a nice feature as it allows the magazine to be fully wound much easier.
