Description

A Z.F.12 optical scope for the German MGO8 machine gun. The scope has a large brass elevation adjustment wheel on the left of the sight. The scope is complete with its original leather storage case. It lenses cap and 2 spare filters are included. The side is stamped "Z.F.12 No6779 Emll Busch A-G. Rathenow". We also have a couple of MG08's for sale too... ~ Dimensions ~ The scope has a length of 5 inches (12.75cm), a width of 1.5 inches (3.75cm) and a height of 4.5 inches (11.5cm). The case has a length of 6 inches (15.25cm), a width of 3 inches (7.5cm) and a height of 7 inches (17.75cm). The set weighs 1.38kg. ~ Condition ~ The scope, although lightly cloudy, dusty and needing a good clean, seems to function well. The metal has some slight age wear, but appears to be in good overall condition. The leather case has some cracking, scratching and a large number of white dots across the body. ~ Postage ~ UK postage is £6 or the site can be collected from our shop in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
