Description

A new specification 3rd Reich AC 44 Walther P38 Semi Automatic Pistol.

One side of the frame is stamped 'P.38', 'ac 44' and serial number '5940' whilst the other side is stamped with the Waffenampt eagle stamps with the number '359' underneath. The grips are brown plastic.

It cocks and dry fires.

The pistol comes with its deactivation certificate dated 14/09/2006.

The Walther P38 is a 9mm semi-automatic pistol that was developed by Walther as the service pistol of the Wehrmacht at the beginning of World War II.

~ Dimensions ~

The overall length is 9 inches (23cm) with the barrel measuring 5 inches (12.5cm).

The total weight is approx. 940 grams.

~ Condition ~

The condition of the gun is very good. The grips are slightly worn but there are no cracks or chips. The metalwork is in excellent order.

UK postage is £10 or the pistol can be collected from our shop in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. (trade)

Postage restrictions: Deactivated weapons can only be posted within the European Union. Antiques firearms, militaria and blade weapons can be posted worldwide. It is the buyers responsibility to check you can legally import
the item. We are happy to quote at cost for overseas postage.

Inspection: If you wish to visit the shop to inspect a particular item, please call to confirm that it is available. We frequently have items out at other sites and fairs and do not want you to have a wasted journey.

Payment & Lay Away: Card payments can be taken over the phone. We do not take Paypal. We can do lay away terms by agreement. Generally we ask a 20% deposit and the balance to be paid within 2 months. Part exchange is often a possibility.

Returns: In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the item we always accept returns. A full refund is given less any postage costs.
