The Version 3 of the Warrior L96 is a real cracker of a gun, fully upgradable or down depending on the use. It sports a polished high grade brass barrel for greater accuracy. With a top metal RIS rail, full steel outer barrel and adjustable cheek pad and stock, this gun is perfect for high grade sniping campaigns and is an absolute beast at over 9 lb in weight, and comes in 2 options, either just the gun on its own or with a full metal hunting rifle scope, weaver mounts and bi-pod.
The finish on this airsoft sniper rifle is very nice injection moulding, the green has been streaked during production to give a camo effect and give this airsoft sniper rifle a more skirmish-able colour.
Metal parts include; upper receiver and barrel assembly, cocking handle, trigger and sling hooks.
Some, not all guns, we have found have a removable velocity reducer fitted, with this in place you get approx 290 fps, and if removed 440 +/- 5%, we have added instructions on how to do this (if your gun has this fitted).
The best ammo to use we have found is 0.28 or heavier although range can be a little effected with heavy ammo, accuracy is increased, even with the reducer in place we have found heavy ammo works best.
We do need to point out that if you damage the gun while removing the reducer (if fitted), this will not be covered by warranty, but if you follow the instruction above before you assemble the sniper rifle there should not be any problems
We get questions asking is this sniper rifle the same as the DE M57 or AGM L96, in short no, although the guns are all based on the L96, the Well L96 is the only gun totally compatible with Maruzen APS upgrades parts.
This gun does not as standard come with a scope or bipod, as a optional extra we have put together a package deal to include a zoom 3-9 x 40 scope, mounting rings and bipod.
