The Tippmann 98 ACT is very light and durable and with the handy foregrip it is an excellent marker for beginners or people looking to get started in the game with a reliable marker. The Tippman 98's trigger is an extremely light trigger pull and the marker is very easy to field strip if the need arises.

The Tippmann 98 Response comes with the added benefit of the Response Trigger fitted as standard to give you a higher rate of fire.

The new ACT (anti-chop technology) is a patent pending design which has been developed to eliminate ball chopping and ensure consistent performance. Using a new technology that allows the front and back bolts to work independently of each other, ACT virtually eliminates ball chopping and imrpoves ball accuracy. Unlike other anti-chop systems, the Tippmann system maintains ball velocity without the need for recocking for the ACT to be engaged. This technology now comes as standard only with the Tippmann Custom ACT !!
