Sn 7143..The Browning FN Model 1910 semi-automatic pistol was designed by John Browning and manufactured by Fabrique Nationale of Belgium. This pistol used a novel operating spring location surrounding the barrel. This location became the standard in such future weapons as the Walther PPK and Russian Makarov. An FN M1910, chambered in .32 was the handgun used by Gavrilo Princip to assassinate Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria in Sarajevo on June 28, 1914, precipitating the First World War. This Old Spec (1992), Original Model 1910 pistol in .32 Calibre is in nice condition with great patina throughout. It is stamped with the FN `Herstal` manufacturer`s detail on the left side of the slide and with serial number 394383 on the right side of the frame. The pistol cocks and dry fires as it should and it`s grip safety feature functions perfectly. it`s grips feature the bold `FN` roundel and are secure with no cracks. The weapon comes with 2 magazines both correctly stamped `FN`. Also included is the weapons` original leather holster. The holster has full flap fastener with single retaining brass stud. The front of the holster has a single magazine carrier and the rear has a single belt loop. All leather and stitching of the holster is intact and undamaged.
