The TT-33 7.62 mm Tokarev self-loading pistol is a Russian semi-automatic pistol developed in the early 1930s by Fedor Tokarev as a service pistol for the Soviet military to replace the Nagant M1895 revolver that had been in use since Tsarist times. The pistols were issued to Russian Officers and were used throughout WW2 and the Cold War. This is an excellent original Cold War dated example, with all matching serial numbers including it's 2 magazines. The pistol has all of it's original blue finish & it strips cocks & dry fires perfectly. The left side of the frame is stamped with rusian inspection marks and number '1261'. It is also crisply date stamped '1952'. The slide, breech and the bases of both magazines are stamped with matching numbers. It's black ribbed grips are undamaged & have nice Soviet 'CCCP' marked roundels with Stars. The butt and both magazines have fixed lanyard bars. The pistol has fixed fore & rear sights. It is complete with it's brown leather holster. The holster is in excellent condition with full flap cover, single brass stud fastener, spare magazine pocket and 2 rear belt loops. The holster has an additional leather strap/ lanyard with 1 hooped end & 1 end with metal clasp. The pistol is complete with steel cleaning rod. The side of the holster has hoops to carry the rod.
